Monaco explosion leaves three wounded as authorities probe deliberate attack

Three people were wounded in an explosion at a residential building in Monaco on Monday in what authorities said was a deliberate attack. The blast occurred around 9 p.m.
(1900 GMT) on a street near the French border. Minister of State Christophe Mirmand said the explosion was "very likely an attack," AFP reported.
