About 3611 News

We sound today's headlines against the whole counsel of Scripture — Genesis to Revelation, Scripture-grounded. The herald's task is simple: keep watch from the wall, lift the trumpet, declare what the Word already declared.

Our Mission

We believe the Bible is the living Word of God and that the signs described in Scripture are visible in today's world. Our mission is to connect current events to biblical prophecy in a way that is accurate, accessible, and encouraging.

We are not date-setters or fear-mongers. We are watchers — called to stay alert, grounded in the Word, and ready for the return of Jesus Christ. We pair every story with Scripture so you can search the Word for yourself.

Our Values

Scripture-First

Every classification ties back to actual Bible verses. No speculation without scriptural foundation.

Source Transparency

We always link to the original news source. We never misrepresent, alter, or sensationalize.

Denomination-Neutral

We present major Christian interpretive views without pushing a single eschatological framework.

Accessible

Simple language for everyone. Not everyone has seminary training — we explain prophecy clearly.

No Conspiracy Theories

Only verified news from reputable sources. No clickbait, no fearmongering, no sensationalism.

Global Perspective

Biblical prophecy concerns all nations. We cover news from every continent and region.

Editorial Policy

  • No date-setting

"But about that day or hour no one knows" (Matthew 24:36). We never predict specific dates for the Second Coming or any prophetic event.

  • No political partisanship

We report prophetic relevance, not political opinion. Our purpose is spiritual awareness, not political commentary.

  • Editorial review

Our editorial process classifies articles against Scripture, and a human editorial layer reviews high-visibility content and edge cases for accuracy.

  • Corrections policy

If we categorize an article incorrectly or publish inaccurate information, we correct it transparently and promptly.

Statement of Faith

3611 News is published from within historic, orthodox Christian belief. We hold to the core convictions confessed by the broad church across the centuries: Apostles' Creed, Nicene Creed, and the doctrinal core common to evangelical, Reformed, Pentecostal, and other orthodox traditions. We do not push one denominational distinctive as the universal Christian view.

  1. 1. The Bible

The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, inerrant Word of God, the supreme and final authority for all matters of faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21).

  2. 2. The Triune God

There is one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power and glory (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

  3. 3. Jesus Christ

Fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, was buried, rose bodily on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return personally and visibly (John 1:1-14; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Acts 1:11).

  4. 4. The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, indwells every believer, and produces the fruit of righteousness in those He fills (John 16:8; Galatians 5:22-23).

  5. 5. Humanity & Sin

Every person is created in the image of God, of inherent dignity and worth, yet by nature and choice fallen and in need of redemption (Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23).

  6. 6. Salvation

Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not by works — and it produces a life transformed by the Spirit (Ephesians 2:8-10; Romans 10:9-10).

  7. 7. The Church

The universal Church is the body of Christ, composed of all who confess Jesus as Lord, across every denomination, nation, and background. Local churches gather to worship, teach Scripture, baptize, share the Lord's Supper, and equip the saints (Ephesians 4:11-13).

  8. 8. The Second Coming

Jesus Christ will return personally, bodily, and visibly to judge the living and the dead, establish His kingdom, and make all things new. We track the signs Scripture describes; we do not set dates. “No one knows the day or the hour” (Matthew 24:36).

  9. 9. Resurrection & Final State

All people will be bodily raised — believers to everlasting life with Christ, unbelievers to everlasting separation from Him. God will make a new heavens and new earth, where He will dwell with His people forever (1 Corinthians 15; Revelation 21:1-4).

  10. 10. The Great Commission

Until Christ returns, the church is called to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded (Matthew 28:19-20).

  11. 11. The Dignity of All People

Every human life — from the womb to natural death — is created in the image of God and worthy of love, respect, and protection. We reject any reading of Scripture that excuses hatred, racism, or violence (Genesis 1:27; James 3:9-10).

  12. 12. Hope, Not Fear

We read the prophetic Scriptures with hope, not fear. The same passages that describe the signs end with the promise of Christ's return for those who are ready (Matthew 24:42; Revelation 22:12).

Our editorial process

3611 News is transparent about how we produce content. Our editorial process is rigorous and grounded in Scripture. Editorial standards, brand-safety, and final responsibility are human.

We use a multi-layered editorial review process to ensure accuracy and consistency:

  • Scripture-first classification — every news story is measured against the whole counsel of Scripture.
  • Human editorial review — editors review content for theological accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Independent third-party review — weekly cross-validation of theological accuracy and brand-safety auditing.

Every piece of content is published against editorial rules that forbid: date-setting for the Second Coming, denomination-specific claims presented as universal Christian doctrine, fabricated Scripture references, and material that violates Google AdSense content policies. Weekly random samples are audited as an independent check; P0 findings halt publishing immediately until resolved.

Editorial independence & funding

3611 News is funded by display advertising (Google AdSense and successor networks). We do not accept donations, paid subscriptions, sponsored content, or paid product placement. Our editorial decisions are not influenced by advertisers — they cannot purchase coverage or alter our judgments.

Ad placements on the site are clearly marked “Advertisement.” We do not integrate ads into article body text or scripture commentary. If you ever encounter an ad you believe violates our editorial integrity, please contact us using the feedback form and we'll investigate.

Corrections & contact

If you spot a factual error, a misclassified article, an incorrect Scripture citation, or a deviation from this statement of faith, please tell us. We correct errors promptly and transparently.

The fastest way to reach us is the feedback form. For partnership, press, or policy questions, the same form routes appropriately.

“I came to faith through prophecy. Daniel 9:24-27 was the first passage that made me realize the Bible is not a random collection of stories — it is a coherent message with an Author outside of time. I built 3611 News to sound today's headlines against the whole counsel of Scripture, without date-setting or sensationalism.”
