Ecuador upset Germany, Ivory Coast qualify to next round

Despite an unexpected loss against Ecuador, Germany takes top spot in group E. Ivory Coast is through to the knockout stages of the competition for the first time in its history.

The Netherlands cemented their position at the top of group F, thanks to a confident win over Tunisia. Despite being eliminated, Türkiye managed to win against team USA.

Japan and Sweden stayed level at 1-1, as did Paraguay and Australia in a goalless game. France prepares for a clash against Norway later this evening.
