Authorities in northern Israel: Powerful explosion may be heard due to IDF activity

Authorities in northern Israel have informed residents that a powerful explosion is expected to be heard in the coming hours as a result of IDF activity in the area.The Ma'ale Yosef Regional Council said that due to the intensity of the blast, earthquake alerts may be triggered. However, officials stressed that there is no danger to the public.
